DrumPaper Audio Use and Infringement Reporting
Prepared: 17 September 2026 · Draft v0.2 · For review before taking effect.
Audio you may upload
You must have lawful permission to use the audio. You need not personally own the copyright, but must check that your permission or licence covers uploading, storage, reproduction, analysis, conversion and practice playback through DrumPaper. Buying audio or a streaming subscription alone does not grant all these rights.
Confirmation before uploading
Each analysis request requires confirmation of your rights in the selected audio. Uploading and analysis do not begin without it. Records contain the account, specific request, notice version and text hash, language and server receipt time. We do not collect additional IP addresses or device fingerprints solely as consent evidence.
Audio and generated results are normally accessible only to the user. Access by authorised personnel and processors as needed for service provision, security and report handling follows the Privacy Notice. Private storage does not automatically make every copyright use lawful.
Reporting infringement
Contact livefully.official@gmail.com with “DrumPaper infringement report” in the subject and include:
- Your name and reply contact.
- Evidence that you are the rights holder or authorised agent.
- The original work and rights allegedly infringed.
- The score ID, link or other information identifying the content.
- Grounds for the report and the action requested.
Do not send unnecessary sensitive data such as national identification numbers or full identity-document copies. Submitted information is processed only as needed to handle the report, verify parties and resolve disputes.
Handling reports and objections
We assess specificity and evidence of rights and take actions required by applicable law, such as restricting access, stopping reproduction/transmission or deleting content. We may request more information and explain the grounds and response process to the affected user. Users can reply with evidence of permission or a mistaken report. Restoration follows applicable statutory procedures and the evidence submitted. Statutory deadlines apply where prescribed.
We record reports, verification, measures and objections as necessary and may suspend or terminate accounts with confirmed repeated infringement. The number of reports alone does not cause automatic termination.
Publishing this procedure does not establish that every requirement for copyright liability limitations has been met. We must fulfil legal obligations appropriate to the actual service type and operation.
