DrumPaper Terms of Service

Effective date: 23 September 2026.

Article 1. Purpose

① These Terms set out the rights, obligations, conditions and procedures governing use of DrumPaper (the “Service”), provided by 리브풀리 (Livefully, the “Operator”).

Article 2. Definitions

① The following definitions apply.

  1. “User” means a person using the Service under these Terms.
  2. “Uploaded audio” means an audio file submitted for analysis and practice.
  3. “Generated results” means scores, practice audio and other outputs produced by processing uploaded audio.
  4. “Credit” means a unit used for audio analysis under the conditions shown in the Service.

Article 3. Publication and changes

① We announce changes and their effective date in advance. Material changes that disadvantage users require adequate notice and any necessary consent. Changes receive a new version, with previous texts and acceptance records kept separately. Merely visiting the Service or remaining silent does not replace required consent.

Article 4. Formation of the service agreement

① The agreement is formed when you review and expressly accept the effective Terms. Google sign-in alone does not constitute a copyright licence or optional privacy consent.

② Creating a Google authentication account is separate from completing registration. A new user must accept the Terms, acknowledge the Privacy Notice and press the registration button after authentication. New authentication accounts that do not complete registration within 24 hours are cleaned up as described in the Privacy Notice.

Article 5. Service features

① The Service analyses drums in submitted audio to generate scores and provides editing, playback, saving and printing/PDF output. Processing may include audio separation, conversion of playback files and lyrics analysis. Results are automated estimates and may contain omissions or errors, which users should check and correct. This explanation does not exclude statutory liability for defects in the Service.

Article 6. Account management

① Use an account you are authorised to use and notify us if you discover account theft or a security incident. Impersonation, payment fraud, access to another account’s data and circumvention of security or usage limits are prohibited. Account information is handled under the Privacy Notice. You must be at least 16 to register. If you are a minor under the law of your place of residence, you must obtain any required parent or legal guardian consent to the service agreement and paid purchases. If a minor purchases without required parent or legal guardian consent, the minor or their legal representative may cancel the transaction.

Article 7. Rights in audio and scores

① You must lawfully obtain the audio and hold the rights or permissions needed to upload, store, analyse and convert it into a score. This may include your own recordings, material authorised by the rights holder or appropriately licensed material. Joint works and recordings can involve composers’, performers’, producers’ and other rights.

② Buying a file, subscribing to streaming or practising privately does not by itself provide all permissions needed for uploading to an external service and score conversion. Do not submit infringing content obtained through illegal downloads, unauthorised recordings, circumvention or misappropriation. If relying on a statutory exception, confirm that it applies to the actual use.

③ Rights in original compositions, recordings and user-provided content remain with their respective holders. Using or paying for the Service does not license the original music. Sharing, selling, publishing or distributing scores in lessons may require separate clearance. We do not impose a blanket prohibition on lawful uses for which users hold the necessary rights.

Article 8. Permission needed to provide the Service

① You authorise the Operator and its processors, only as necessary to provide requested features, to store, reproduce, convert, separate and analyse submitted audio; generate and retain scores and compressed practice audio; and deliver and play them for you. This non-exclusive permission is limited to the scope and duration necessary for the Service and lawful retention and processing. It does not transfer ownership. Uploads and results are not used to train AI models for purposes outside service provision. Any future training use would require separate information about the material, purpose, duration and consequences of refusal, and any required separate consent. Service acceptance and training consent are not bundled.

② Audio and scores are private to your account; no public catalogue is provided. Free-trial, separately purchased-credit and Lite users can store converted audio in their device’s browser and play it with their score. Site-data deletion, storage shortages or browser policies may remove it; permanent storage and cross-device syncing are not guaranteed. You may reconnect the same audio without reanalysis or credit deduction. Pro and Premium provide cloud audio storage and cross-device playback within the stated limits and periods while eligible paid access is valid. Opening a score with device audio on Pro or above may store that audio in the cloud. If neither copy is available, you must supply the file again. Server transfer and temporary analysis processing are separate from device storage; the Privacy Notice and service notices explain retention and deletion.

Article 9. Free trials, credits and subscriptions

① The first free trial analyses the opening part of a song subject to the eligibility shown in your account. Scope and limits are disclosed before the request. Full analysis requires the displayed credits: one credit per song up to 12 minutes. Credits are reserved on request and consumed on completion; reservations are returned after failure or cancellation. Viewing, editing and printing existing scores do not consume analysis credits again unless separately stated.

② Lite allows editing of generated scores. Pro and Premium also provide blank-score creation and cloud audio storage. The audio allowance is 1GB for Pro and 3GB for Premium (1GB = 1,000,000,000 bytes). It measures the actual size of stored converted audio, excluding score data and temporary analysis files. At the limit, remove stored audio before storing new audio. Exceeding the limit alone does not trigger automatic extra charges or deletion of existing audio.

③ Before paid sales begin, checkout will clearly disclose the final amount, currency, taxes, billing period, renewal and cancellation methods, and credit allocation, validity and rollover conditions. Monthly and annual allocation and renewal conditions are distinguished. Lemon Squeezy processes payments and refunds. Only products with live payments enabled can be purchased; test and live payments are separate.

Article 9-2. Score and audio retention and deletion

① Scores created without a subscription and free previews are retained for 30 days from generation completion. Subscription scores receive a retention grace period after the paid period ends: 30 days for Lite, three months for Pro and six months for Premium. This is not measured from the date cancellation is scheduled. Unused separately purchased credits have no automatic expiry; their balance and generated-score retention are separate.

② During the grace period, you can view, edit and print existing scores, play drum sounds and reconnect browser-stored audio. Cloud original-audio playback and new blank-score creation require a valid paid subscription offering those features.

③ If resubscription starts before expiry, the new subscription retention period applies to scores that have not expired. Expired scores cannot be restored by resubscribing. When changing from Pro or Premium to Lite, existing cloud audio keeps the grace period based on the end of the last Pro/Premium paid period; Lite does not extend it.

④ The library displays expiry dates and a PDF-saving notice from seven days before expiry. Access is blocked at expiry; scheduled cleanup deletes score content, editing history and stored audio. Audio still referenced by another valid score follows that reference’s retention period. Backlogs or failures may delay physical deletion. Retention of minimal history such as title, creation date and expiry status is governed by the Privacy Notice.

⑤ Deleting a score in the library removes its content and editing history and queues audio for cleanup. Deleted scores cannot be recovered. New analysis requires another upload and credits. Files downloaded to your device and browser-stored audio are not targets of server deletion.

Article 10. Withdrawal, cancellation and refunds

① Statutory withdrawal, refund and defect remedies remain available. Mandatory consumer protections applicable overseas take priority where relevant. Restricting withdrawal because digital-content delivery has started requires the legally required prior information and confirmation; these Terms or audio-rights confirmation alone are not a waiver. Separable parts not yet supplied are settled separately.

② Cancelling renewal stops the next payment; the paid period remains available until expiry. For immediate termination and repayment of the remainder, request a refund separately. Cancellation and refund requests are accepted at livefully.official@gmail.com.

③ Both initial and renewal payments receive a full refund if requested within seven days of that payment and no paid feature supplied by that payment has been used. Sign-in and free previews do not count. We check actual paid use, such as completed paid-score generation, subscription-only original-audio playback and blank-score creation, editing or printing. Use of rights from earlier payments is not counted again against a new payment.

④ Monthly subscriptions outside the full-refund conditions use the formula below. The monthly base is the actual product amount paid for that billing cycle after discounts. The elapsed-time ratio is time from the start of the monthly period to receipt of the refund request divided by the full period. The usage ratio is credits finally consumed by successful completions from that month’s subscription allocation divided by that allocation. Free credits, separately purchased credits and credits returned after failures are excluded. Ratios are limited to 0–1.

Refund = monthly base × [1 − the greater of the elapsed-time ratio and credit-usage ratio]

Time and usage are not added for a double deduction. For Lite at KRW 4,900, using one of five credits with no more than 20% of the period elapsed gives KRW 3,920; if half the period has elapsed with one credit used, the refund is KRW 2,450. Successfully using the entire monthly allocation leaves no ordinary mid-period refund for that month. Paragraph 8 remedies remain separate.

⑤ For annual subscriptions, the monthly base is the actual annual product payment after discounts divided by 12. Monthly allocation periods follow the payment start date. Completed months are treated as supplied, the current month uses paragraph 4 and unstarted months are refunded in full at that monthly base. We do not retrospectively charge the monthly list price or claw back the annual discount. Do not round intermediate calculations; the final KRW amount is rounded up to the next won in the user’s favour, capped at the unrefunded balance of the payment.

⑥ Unused separately purchased credits do not expire. Refund their unused portion at the actual product amount paid for that order divided by the credits purchased. Partial use does not make the entire order non-refundable. For example, using two of five credits purchased for KRW 7,500 leaves a KRW 4,500 refund for the unused three. Credits used for successfully generated scores are not returned merely for a change of mind. Complimentary credits have no cash-refund value.

⑦ Reserved or deducted credits are returned if analysis fails or produces no result. For transcription-quality issues, we review the song, affected passage and symptoms and may reanalyse or return credits. We distinguish a change of mind after proper delivery from defects, and do not decide solely on whether a download occurred.

⑧ Duplicate or erroneous charges, non-delivery, defects, fault attributable to the Operator and statutory refund grounds are handled under applicable law separately from ordinary mid-period formulas. Credit returns do not replace a cash refund when one is required.

⑨ Send your account email, order number or payment date/product, and request details. Do not send full card numbers or passwords. The Operator reviews payment and use records, explains the amount, calculation and access-end date, then processes the refund. This is email intake and manual review, not an automated refund or administrator-approval interface. If additional use is requested after submission, any further supply and settlement changes are confirmed separately.

⑩ Refunds normally go through Lemon Squeezy to the original payment method within applicable legal deadlines. Posting times vary by card issuer and payment method. No discretionary refund fee or penalty is charged. Taxes and currency settlement follow the original transaction, payment provider’s processing rules and applicable law. Refunded purchased credits are recovered. A mid-term subscription refund ends the affected subscription’s remaining credits, paid permissions and renewal, while rights from other orders remain. Score/audio retention follows the separate retention policy.

Article 11. Infringement reports and restrictions

① Rights holders or agents may send their contact details, evidence of rights and authority, information identifying the content and reasons for the report to the contact below. We review reports and take measures required by applicable law, including access restriction, stopping reproduction or transmission, deletion, user notice and objections. Procedures depend on the service type; no blanket immunity is claimed.

② Accounts with confirmed repeated infringement may be suspended or terminated after considering severity, frequency and explanations. Reports alone do not establish infringement; we act reasonably on confirmed violations and their history. Security attacks and clear Terms violations may also lead to proportionate restrictions. Except for urgent protective measures, we explain reasons and objection procedures and allow users to challenge mistaken reports or restrictions.

Article 12. Liability

① Responsibility for harm from unlawful uploads or use of results is determined under applicable law and each party’s fault. We are not responsible for disputes between users and third parties that are not attributable to us, except where law imposes liability.

② We do not exclude liability for intentional misconduct, gross negligence or obligations that law does not allow us to exclude. We do not shift all loss to users or categorically exclude statutory responsibility for paid services. Upload confirmation does not eliminate our copyright-law obligations.

Article 13. Service interruption

① Maintenance, outages, security incidents or unavoidable circumstances may interrupt all or part of the Service. We give advance notice of scheduled maintenance and material changes where possible and subsequent notice of urgent interruptions. We make reasonable recovery and data-protection efforts and settle or refund undelivered paid services under law and disclosed conditions. On service closure, we announce the schedule, download and deletion methods and treatment of unused paid access.

Article 14. Ending the account relationship

① Request account closure or data deletion at livefully.official@gmail.com. After identity verification, we act under applicable law and distinguish legally retained items by purpose and duration. Removal from the library and full erasure from storage and backups are separate; the scope of processing will be explained.

Article 15. Governing law and disputes

① These Terms are based on Republic of Korea law without excluding mandatory consumer protections applicable to users elsewhere. Parties first seek resolution by discussion. Otherwise, the courts and remedies prescribed by applicable law remain available.
