How do I request a refund?+

Payments are fully refundable within 7 days if paid features remain unused. Otherwise, subscriptions are prorated using elapsed time and credit usage; unused purchased credits are refundable. Email your account email and order number to livefully.official@gmail.com. See the refund policy for calculations and statutory exceptions.

Can I try it for free?+

In the first free trial, the first part of the song is analyzed and provided as sheet music. Creating a full score uses credits.

What can I do with 1 credit?+

Create a new score from a song up to 12 minutes long for 1 credit.

Do I need credits even if I reopen an existing sheet music?+

No additional credits are required to view, edit, play, or reprint PDFs of scores you have already created.
